The new Arnos Hang-A-Plan QUICKFILE binder system was not a winner but featured as the next best thing in this year’s awards. Efficient Plan Filing Systems for Design ProfessionalsHANG-A-PLAN has recently launched into the US and New Zealand markets. The unique Plan Filing Systems are available from Charrette Corporation in the USA who are not only resellers of Hang-A-Plan but also distributors. In New Zealand, Staedtler is distributing Hang-A-Plan to Corporate Express (NZ) and Office Products Depot (NZ) and other major stationery dealers. HANG-A-PLAN presents a new product line, a unique solution for plan storage that provides a quicker and easier method for filing, organising and storing plans. Featuring a new, world-patented trolley and binder system, the HANG-A-PLAN line also includes a 264 lb. (120 kg) load capacity Wall Rack, and a CAD Mobile Project File. The HANG-A-PLAN system features front loading binders available in 24", 30" or 36" lengths (in New Zealand A1 & A0 size). The binder enables drawings to be scooped into the file and released in seconds. New Appointment at Arnos Australia Pty Ltd |
| Melbourne, Australia – December 2, 2004 Arnos Australia Pty Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Ken Pearson as the new Accountant for the Melbourne based office products manufacturer. Mr Pearson is replacing Meredith Sharp, who served with Arnos for 7 years as the Accountant. Meredith was a great asset to the company and will be missed by all at Arnos. Arnos is fortunate to be able to replace Meredith with Mr Pearson, who brings a wealth of experience in both retail and public sectors in senior management positions. Pearson had a lengthy period with Woolworths Ltd where he became a divisional manager in Victoria and also a senior manager of the company. Following this, Pearson set up his own consultancy company specializing in assisting small business with secretarial, computer systems & bookkeeping. His recent experience includes six years with Knoxbrooke Inc. There he was a General Manager responsible for human resources, administration and financial functions with an overall responsibility for six operating sites with a multi-million dollar turnover. Mr Pearson also brings extensive knowledge of accounting, OH&S, quality assurance, workplace agreements, work place compliance issues and is an ISO accredited auditor.

Two Newcomers at Arnos Australia |
| Arnos Australia’s National Marketing Coordinator Asa Hailes is excited to announce a newcomer into their family. Jakob Christopher, 3.7kg was born at 7.40 p.m. on Tuesday 7th September 2004. Asa has temporary left Arnos in early August to enjoy 12 months of maternity leave with her new baby. Second newcomer, Thomas Froehlich has taken over Asa’s role as the new Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Thomas has been recruited from Canada for his knowledge and experience in the office products industry in North America. Thomas has a well-rounded background having many years of experience in sales and marketing. He has recently enjoyed working with Future Shop Canada, a division of Best Buy USA, where he had success in being among the top 20% of their sales team. Thomas also brings a well-rounded knowledge and experience in the IT sector having developed, managed and marketed many business web applications. Commenting on his new position, Thomas said, “I have settled well into my new role within Arnos and enjoy my new marketing responsibilities. I’m developing many new plans and ideas for our marketing strategy, and look forward to working with all our customers and distributors.”

| For many years Arnos Australia Pty Ltd exhibited with well-established office products manufacturers in Halle 8. Then in 2001, the organisers built a new hall and relegated Arnos and Vista Visuals together with Kevron to an outdoor location known as “the tent”. After returning indoors this year to Halle 4.0 Arnos is back in the mainstream exhibit hall 3.0 together with Kevron for 2004. | The Rack of Steel is an all-metal adjustable bookrack that was first released onto world markets six months ago. It has already taken off in Australia where it is strongly promoted by Boise, CEA, and Viking. The Australian made Rack of Steel is a space saving steel desktop filing organiser with adjustable wire support dividers for different sized books or file folders. The Rack of Steel is supplied with black base and wire backstop to contain books in a neat arrangement, adhesive rubber feet for extra grip and six adjustable wire support dividers. The dividers can be adjusted in 17 positions on the base to fit in with your specific filing requirements. The Rack of Steel has been designed to fit two units per shelf in a lateral filing cabinet. Additional wire support dividers are available as accessories in pack of two. Hang-A-Plan Premium Trolley |
| Hang A Plan is a world renowned name that continues to lead the way in developing the most efficient means of storing large quantities of plans and drawings. Arnos are proud to announce the release of the new Hang-A-Plan Premium front loader trolley with Systems Shelf. The Premium trolleys will replace the old A0 and A1 trolleys (product code D048 and D049). The trolley design is internationally patented and a major feature is the fifth wheel. The fifth wheel is fitted in the middle of the base plate for improved mobility but also to increase the trolley’s total capacity. The Premium trolley is supplied with a detachable steel systems shelf that offers additional storage capacity for specification sheets or associated files. For convenience of on-site to off-site transport, all Hang-A-Plan Premium trolleys with systems shelf are supplied knocked down in a simple one-carton packaging. Tool is provided in the carton for easy self-assembly of trolley and systems shelf. The Premium trolley is available in two sizes – a large trolley for A0 or B1 binders and a smaller trolley for A1 and A2 binders. Each trolley has a 25-binder capacity. Arnos Replacement Pages - Esselte Catalogue 2002/03 |
| Esselte arranged a mail-out of the new Arnos replacement pages on the 20 June 2002 and went out to 2,500 Esselte customers. The layout and photography for the Arnos products have been updated. The new pages better identify the Arnos Flippa and Hang-A-Plan range of products. The distinguishing features of each product are now clearly explained and identified. The Flippa page has new photography to better illustrate the extent of the product range and product differences. The new product layout has been developed to more clearly identify the three different categories of Flippa, Display Panel Systems, Brochure Holders/Dispensers and Custom Panels. The Hang-A-Plan page has new photography to introduce the new internationally patented designs for the Premium Front Loader Trolley. New coding has been applied which include Arnos product codes to help identify packaging labels and assembly instructions. Minister Attends Ceremony at Arnos |
| Today, Victorian Minister for Manufacturing, Hon. Rob Hulls, presented Arnos Australia Pty Ltd with a Certificate of Manufacturing Excellence from the Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame. Arnos was being hailed as a Victorian manufacturing hero for its excellence in innovation, quality, technology and service. Hon. Rob Hulls presented the Certificate following a tour of Arnos' Cheltenham manufacturing plant and congratulated them, "On behalf of all Victorians, for their great work in literally holding together offices around the world while helping build Victoria's future." The Minister applauded Arnos as "one of Australia's most acclaimed manufacturers" and highlighted that "Arnos' No.3 Paper Fastener has been declared a "National Icon" by another national icon, Dame Edna Everage."

Updated Product Catalogue & New Trade Price List |
| The Arnos Product Catalogue has been updated from last year with the addition of some new and exciting products. Arnos Rack of Steel The new stylish portable steel desktop filing organiser, with black base and annealed wire support dividers and 18 adjustable divider positions, has been improved in response to feedback from Paperworld Frankfurt 2002. The product now has even more added features including all black electro-plated wires plus a rear support wire. The new improved Rack of Steel will be available for resale mid-April 2002. Tubefast Self-adhesive paper fastener that is flexible and flattens to allow photocopying in the filed position. Tubefast is an excellent complement to the already extensive Arnos range of fasteners. This Australian made product is a superior alternative to the Taiwan made Avery Tubeclip. There have been some changes in prices of the Arnos products. Our new Price List is effective from 1 April 2002 and cross-references with pages in the Product Catalogue and also our range with Catalogue Solutions 2002. Paperworld 2002 Review |
| Managing Director Roger Henry was pleased with the response to the Arnos product range at this years Paperworld trade show. Several interesting contacts were made during the 5 hectic days in January. We received great positive feedback to the new products and prototypes that were on display in our stand. Hang-A-Plan Premium Front Loader Trolley, Quick-Release Binder, Tubefast Self-Adhesive Paper Fastener and Rack of Steel desktop organiser were some of these new products. The Flippa system was shown with different applications as well. This year’s hall location was quite disappointing. The hall was a temporary set up tent with an average temperature of 40 degrees inside. Arnos and many other companies that were located in hall 3A made complaints to the Frankfurt Messe organisation and we hope that the allocation for next year will be better. We were fortunate that through our new partnership with ULTRADEX in Germany, our Flippa product range was on prominent display at their stand in Hall 3.0. HELIT of Germany was also exhibiting Flippa in Hall 3.0 together with their prototype Flex arm. For all of you that found us in hall 3A and everyone who made the effort to come and visit us at the stand, thank you. We are looking forward to meeting you again at Paperworld 2003.

Paperworld 2001 Review |
| Arnos Australia once again exhibited in Frankfurt for Paperworld 2001. Managing Director Mr Roger Henry was pleased with the response to the Arnos range, which included a number of new products. These products were the New Versatidy Literature Holders, Hang-A-Plan Premium Front Loader Trolley, Quick-Release Binder, Tubefast Fastener, Quickto Brochure Holder, Flippa Compact Disc Holder and the A3 Potrait Flippa Panel. All these products received an overwhelming response. Michel and Raymond Tourre from Arnos Systems Europe based in Paris were on hand to help receive interested prospects from over 22 countries with most interest covering the Hang A Plan, File Fasteners and the Flippa range of products. We look forward to the forecoming year based on the markets response to our new product range. FLIPPA - NOW DESIGNED FOR ANGLED VIEWING |
| The upright support for the Flippa Desk Conversion Base allows panels to swing effortlessly at a touch, making it easy for users to flick through and find the required information. Upright, with a marginal incline is the perfect angle to view the Flippa System at eye level, either wall mounted or seated at a desk. However, when a work station using a Flippa system is operated from a standing position, the upright desk mount becomes more difficult to read. For this application, an alternative desk conversion base has been created to use in conjunction with standard wall mount brackets. This innovative design allows the user the choice of two different viewing angles - one for counter height and another steeper layback angle for desk top heights. The unique patented design of the Flippa Display Panel System ensures that even at the lowest angle, panels are relatively simple to flip over and quickly locate the required information. |
